Festival Square – Festival Blvd. Bellingham, WA 98226

84 units. Monthly Dues is approximately $277 – $400 depending on the size of the condo. It includes cable TV, common area maintenance, lawn service, road maintenance, snow removal, water and sewer. Most of the condos are single level with first floor and second floor units available, but there is also a small number of 2-story condos in this community. The second-floor units do require walking up stairs to your front door. All of the condos offer covered parking, but the larger condos and the 2-story condos feature an attached garage. The condos average around 1,000 SF (Square Feet) to about 1,900 SF and are located in North Bellingham in the Cordata Community. This is a great location with a clubhouse that hosts community activities, and is close to walking trails, medical facilites, shopping, and dining.

 

Cordata Park Place – Majestic Dr. Bellingham, WA 98226

126 units. Monthly Dues is approximately $300. It includes common area maintenance, lawn service and snow removal. The community features 1 and 2 story townhome style condos that are either 2 or 3 bedrooms and range from about 1,100 to 1,600 SF and feature an attached garage. The community features a clubhouse, a rec-room and is close to public transportation, medical facilities, walking trails, shopping, and dining.

 

El Dorado – El Dorado Way Bellingham, WA 98226

64 units. Monthly Dues ranges from around $300-$450 depending on the size of the condo. It includes cable TV, common area maintenance, lawn service, garbage, road maintenance, snow removal, water and sewer. The units are single level with 2 or 3 bedroom options available that range from 1,000 to 1,500 SF. The 2nd floor units have elevator access, and the community features a courtyard, a fenced dog run, a clubhouse, private detached garages and rental units for your guests. This gated community in the Cordata neighborhood is close to shopping, public transportation, medical facilities, dining, and much more.

 

The Village at Cordata – Village Dr. Bellingham, WA 98226

123 units. Monthly Dues range from roughly $350-$450 depending on the size of the condo. It includes cable TV, common area maintenance, lawn service, road maintenance, water and sewer. The community is mostly made up of Duplex style condos that are primarily one story with an attached two car garage and range from about 1,100 SF to 1,800 SF. There are some two story condos as well as 7 stand-alone homes. The community features a clubhouse with organized social activities, a rec room, exercise room, an indoor pool and hot tub, a wood working shop and RV storage. Situated in the Cordata neighborhood you will be close to shopping, dining, medical, public transportation, and walking trails.

 

The Village at Cordata Northside – Northwind Cir. Bellingham, WA 98226

This community is part of The Village at Cordata, but it is made up of 60 stand-alone homes. The HOA dues average around $400 a month and include cable TV, common area maintenance, lawn service, road maintenance, water and sewer. These single level homes were built in the early 1990’s, range from 1,200 SF to 1,800 SF and feature an attached two car garage. You will have access to all of the Village at Cordata amenities listed above.

 

Parkway Square – 2704 Old Fairhaven Parkway Bellingham, WA 98225

24 Units. Monthly Dues is $400. It includes cable TV, concierge, lawn service, earthquake insurance, garbage, road maintenance, snow removal, water and sewer. These 2 bed, 2 bath, single level condos are about 1,100 SF and feature individual detached garages. Be advised that the condos on the second level do require walking up stairs to access. Located in South Bellingham, the condos are close to public transportation and are close to the historic downtown Fairhaven; an area that is full of shopping and dining options as well as medical services.

 

Northern Meadows Estates – Gentlebrook Ln. Bellingham, WA 98226

49 Residences. Monthly Dues is $219. It includes common area maintenance, road maintenance and lawn service. This gated community is made of up of a combination of nice manufactured homes and townhome-style condos. The sizes range from about 1,100 SF to 1,600 SF. The community is conveniently located a short distance from all of the shopping and restaurants around Bellis Fair and Sunset Square.

 

Corona Court – Corona Ct. Bellingham, WA 98226

37 Homes (not condos). Monthly Dues are $50 a month and covers your shared ownership/use of the community clubhouse. These two and three bedroom homes are single level and feature open living areas and an attached two car garage. They were built by Greenbriar Homes in the mid 2000’s and range from 1,200 SF-2,700 SF. This community is close to shopping, dining, trails, transportation and medical facilities.
